This Yang style Tai Chi instruction series DVD includes 24 forms Tai Chi Chuan, 16 forms Tai Chi Sword and 18 forms Tai Chi Fan.

Disc 1: The 24 Form Tai Chi is also known as the simplified Tai Chi Chuan. Its forms are from simple to complicated, easy to learn and practice. It takes five or six hours to practice independently for beginners. It is a fairly ideal entry course of Tai Chi.

Disc 2: The 16 Form Tai Chi (Taiji) Sword has clarified techniques, simple structure and easy learning movements.

Disc 3: The 18 Form Tai Chi Fan has inherited traditional folk fan skills and possesses the basic styles and characteristics of the Yang Style Tai Chi. Its movements are smooth and graceful, slow and ever paced.

All DVDs are good for Tai Chi Fan's exercisers. The tuition is very clear. It contains detailed explanation to its basic and separated movements with solo displays and performances given by three persons.
